We have immediate openings for caregivers who can provide companion support and caring assistance for our community's most vulnerable.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently
  • A solid personal character with an empathetic personality
  • Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and drug screen
  • Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping
  • In order to work as a home health aide for PurposeCare in the state of Indiana, you will be required to complete 59 hours of online training through CareAcademy prior to starting employment, and 16 hours of hands-on training following your start date. The enrollment fee for this program will be paid for by PurposeCare, and no cost to you. If you have already completed this Home Health Aide Competency Evaluation Program, you can submit the appropriate documentation and will be exempt from repeating training.
