Position Summary

The Caregiver / Personal Care Aide provides non-medical support and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses. This position focuses on assisting clients with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and caring home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.

• Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and engagement.

• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean living space.

• Prepare and assist with meals and snacks according to dietary preferences.

• Support clients with transfers, ambulation, and safe movement throughout their homes.

• Provide medication reminders (non-medical).

• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities (as assigned).

• Observe and report any changes in the client's physical or emotional condition to the supervisor.

• Follow care plans, schedules, and agency policies to ensure consistent and reliable service.

Qualifications:

Minimum age of 18 years.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Previous caregiving, CNA, or home care experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.

Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality.

Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed for client support or transfers.

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

• CPR and First Aid Certification

Work Schedule:

Flexible schedules available: Full-time Part-time ʺ Live-in Overnight needed)

PRN (as Caregivers can choose shifts that best fit their lifestyle. Weekend availability is a plus.
