Are you ready to take your technical skills to the next level with a company that powers some of the most exciting live events in the world? LMG, a division of Entertainment Technology Partners (ETP), is seeking a Full-Time AV Cable Technician to join our Engineering team in Las Vegas, NV.
This role is perfect for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment supporting the technology that drives live event production.

โš™ What You'll Be Doing
As an AV Cable Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and ensuring the quality of our broadcast tactical fiber and AV cable inventory-helping LMG uphold the highest technical standards in the industry.
โœ… Test and clean AV and fiber cables to meet LMG and industry standards
โœ… Inspect connectors to ensure they are secure, clean, and fully functional
โœ… Verify calibration and performance of test equipment; coordinate manufacturer returns when needed
โœ… Perform minor cable repairs and maintenance
โœ… Replace missing or damaged connector caps and ensure fiber ends are protected
โœ… Maintain organization, labeling, and proper wrapping of cable inventory
โœ… Conduct cycle counts of connector caps and cleaning materials to maintain stock levels
โœ… Assist with general warehouse operations and cleanliness, including supporting visitors and maintaining proper storage of rental product

Education & Experience - High School Diploma required; knowledge of AV equipment and wiring/cable experience preferred
