WHAT YOU’LL DO

WEBB Production is a leading event production company known for handling large-scale live, virtual, and hybrid events across the United States and occasionally internationally. We collaborate closely with our clients to conceptualize, design, produce, build, staff, operate, and manage all aspects of their events.

We are seeking a Corporate Live Event Producer to own the full scope, budget, client relationship, and overall execution plan for large-scale corporate events, with a focus on production, general sessions, and meeting environments.

This role leads projects from initial discovery and client alignment through planning, onsite execution, and post-show reconciliation. The ideal candidate has strong corporate event production experience, excellent client-facing communication skills, and the ability to lead complex live events across creative, technical, budget, labor, scheduling, and operational needs.

QUALIFICATIONSWho you are

You are confident working directly with clients, leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, driving timelines, and keeping people accountable. You are calm under pressure, organized, solutions-oriented, and able to make sound decisions when the stakes are high and the show is moving fast.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience in corporate event production.
  • At least five years of corporate event production experience.
  • Demonstrated ownership of full corporate general sessions or similarly complex live event programs.
  • Proven ability to lead complex corporate live events from planning through execution and post-show wrap-up.
  • Strong understanding of creative direction, technical production, budget, labor, scheduling, and client expectations.
  • Experience managing projects, crews, vendors, freelancers, and production partners.
  • Strong budget management and business acumen.
  • Confident, concise communicator with strong client-facing skills.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Creative, innovative, and aware of trends in corporate event production.
  • Familiarity with Vectorworks or production drawings is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed.
Key responsibilities
  • Own the full event lifecycle from initial brief through post-event evaluation, ensuring planning, execution, and closeout are actively managed.
  • Oversee day-to-day client interactions and relationship building, serving as the primary company liaison throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Lead the presentation of WEBB’s ideas and concepts to clients in partnership with Sales, Creative, Technical, and Production teams.
  • Manage client expectations throughout event development, production, and delivery, ensuring client goals, budget, creative direction, technical realities, and internal deliverables remain aligned.
  • Define, manage, and communicate event scope, including client goals, creative direction, technical requirements, budget, schedule, and internal deliverables.
  • Own the planning rhythm for assigned events, ensuring timelines, deliverables, meetings, decisions, and handoffs are clearly communicated and actively managed.
  • Create and manage production schedules, timelines, and related materials in partnership with the assigned Technical Director, Area Producers, and department leads.
  • Disseminate relevant information to internal teams, suppliers, vendors, freelancers, and other stakeholders while driving follow-up, clarifying ownership, and maintaining accountability.
  • Source and manage vendors, contractors, freelancers, and production partners as needed.
  • Manage venue requirements, layouts, load-in and load-out details, and related operational logistics.
  • Maintain clear project documentation and ensure project management tools are used consistently as the source of truth for scope, approvals, schedules, deliverables, and major decisions.
  • Own the event budget from proposal through final reconciliation, balancing client expectations, scope, production quality, margin, and profitability.
  • Work with Sales and Accounting to develop, monitor, and reconcile event budgets, invoices, client deposits, purchase orders, and post-event financial documentation.
  • Lead onsite execution from the Producer perspective, ensuring the client experience, internal team coordination, schedule, scope, budget impacts, and overall show quality remain aligned.
  • Direct and coordinate onsite teams, including internal crew, vendors, contractors, freelancers, and production partners during load-in, event performance, and load-out.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison onsite, managing communication, expectations, approvals, and real-time issue resolution.
  • Lead or contribute to post-show evaluation, including performance review, profitability, client satisfaction, lessons learned, and documentation needed to improve future events.
  • Support client retention, relationship development, and future business opportunities through strong production leadership and positive client relationships.
  • Represent the WEBB brand, mission, and values with professionalism in all interactions with clients, vendors, freelancers, partners, peers, and leadership.
  • Contribute to ongoing Production department improvement by sharing lessons learned, identifying process improvements, and supporting strategic department initiatives.
