About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Clearwater, FL. This is an in-office, customer-focused position for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning products, and helping customers get the most out of their experience.

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers who need assistance with our products and services. You’ll troubleshoot questions and issues, explain solutions clearly, document customer interactions, and work with internal teams when additional support is needed.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, patient, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who can confidently work through problems while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Work Hours
  • Full-time, in-office
  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (one-hour lunch)
Pay
$18/ hour
Duties
  • Provide timely, professional product support to customers by phone, email, live chat, or other support channels.
  • Understand customer questions, provide clear answers, troubleshoot basic issues, and route more advanced problems to the right team
  • Coordinate graphic designs from the designer to the creative director and then to the customer for approval
  • Help keep customer projects moving quickly and accurately
  • Support VIP accounts with urgency and attention to detail
  • Use multiple computer systems, internal software, LiveAgent ticketing, and communication tools
  • Document recurring customer issues and suggestions
  • Complete daily administrative and reporting duties
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to type at least 40 wpm accurately
  • Comfortable learning technical products and understanding customer issues
  • Able to explain technical or process-related information in a simple, helpful way
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work quickly without losing accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Outlook and Excel
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to help others
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information appropriately
