Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, facilitating discussions that encourage emotional expression and self-reflection.
• Assist clients in setting and achieving personalized therapeutic goals, ensuring their progress is monitored through ongoing assessments.
• Identify potential barriers to recovery, offering proactive solutions to help clients overcome obstacles in their therapeutic journey.
• Advise clients on effective coping strategies and healthy behaviors to reinforce their engagement and commitment to the therapeutic process.
• Continuously evaluate and adapt treatment plans based on client feedback and progress metrics, ensuring a tailored approach to each client's needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be serving a diverse clientele primarily composed of stable adults with various psychological needs. Our platform effectively screens clients to ensure that they are suitable for teletherapy, allowing you to focus on providing quality care without the challenges often associated with in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active, unrestricted licensure to practice independently as a counselor: either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No disciplinary actions or limitations on license; recent graduates with provisional licenses will not be considered.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, empathetic nature are essential.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and telehealth systems is required.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in teletherapy or remote counseling can significantly enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and a demonstrated ability to adapt approaches based on client needs is preferred.
• Experience in managing a caseload and maintaining client records efficiently and ethically.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
• Weekly direct deposit ensures timely payroll for all employees.
