Job description

Titus-Will Ford is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our Service team. This position combines customer service, cashiering, appointment scheduling, and BDC support. Youโ€™ll help create a positive experience for our customersโ€”from scheduling their service appointment to assisting them when they pick up their vehicle.

Schedule: Full-time, five days per week. Shifts are scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Greet Service customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments by phone, online scheduling requests, and live chat
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to customer questions, and direct customers to the appropriate department or team member
  • Follow up with customers regarding scheduled and missed appointments
  • Assist customers with maintenance recommendations and general service-related questions
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
  • Review invoices with customers and provide receipts and other paperwork
  • Communicate with Service Advisors and other team members to help ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Maintain accurate customer and appointment information
  • Assist with other administrative and customer service duties as needed

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Automotive BDC, call center, cashiering, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and online scheduling tools
