Acquisitions Agent – Wholesale Real Estate

Downtown Boca Raton, FL | Full-Time | Commission-Based with monthly Bonuses

Join a high-energy, rapidly growing real estate investment brokerage where culture is everything. At Palladium Investments, you’ll leverage our proven system, qualified leads, and hands-on training to acquire off-market deals and build your income—no ceiling, no limits.

✨ What We Offer

  • Uncapped Earnings: Average for starting agents ranges from $3,500–$6,500/mo; experienced agents earn $14K+ Bonuses

  • Bonuses & Incentives: Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses, quarterly “fun days,” team trips, and top-producer prizes

Your Mission

  • ☎️ Lead Outreach: Execute cold, warm, and inbound/outbound calling strategies on high-quality leads

  • Deal Qualification: Uncover seller motivations; gather property condition & valuation data

  • ✍️ Offer & Close: Negotiate terms, draft FAR/BAR contracts, and drive acquisitions to completion

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate rapport with sellers and agents and manage throughout the escrow period

  • KPI Management: Exceed monthly quotas; maintain accurate activity and results tracking

  • Team Collaboration: Share insights in weekly meetings
