Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring Route Sales Drivers to join our client in Austin, TX.
Our client is one of the largest Bread Distributors in the entire world.

  • We are looking for a candidate who wants a long-term career.
  • If you have worked for PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Frito-Lay, Snappleor Little Debbie, this is the job for you!

***Attention drivers: Here’s your chance to own your own business. A minimum down payment of 6%-7% is required to purchase a route.***
Job Duties:

  • Picking up bread product from the distributor.
  • Delivering products to vendors.
  • Stocking and rotating products.
  • Setting up store displays.
  • Upselling products to store managers.
  • Collecting payments from clients.
  • Some traveling is required.

Job Requirements:

  • Must pass a background check.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Must pass a drug test.
  • Must have your own vehicle.
  • Must be able to get a DOT Medical Card.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, squat, twist, turn, and lift heavy as needed.
  • Will manually load and unload the truck with bread products on pallets.

Pay:
$1,000 weekly salary.
We pay weekly.
Pay increases to $1,200 weekly once training is complete.
Schedule:
There are 2 different schedules available.

Monday - Friday 4 AM - FINISH

&

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 3 AM - FINISH + pull up days Sunday & Wednesday (Part time).
Schedule/hours may vary.

Must be open to working holidays.
