    Lead a High-Performing Team and Drive Success

    Little Caesars is seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations. This pivotal role is responsible for building and supervising a productive team that achieves our goals for customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability while maintaining the highest company standards and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities & Performance Results

    The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including:

    Team Leadership:

    Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate all colleagues, providing coaching and direction to develop a productive, low-turnover team.

    Customer Service:

    Ensure every customer receives correct and complete, high-quality orders within service time goals.

    Operational Excellence:

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant in compliance with all government regulations (OSHA, EEOC) and Little Caesars policies.

    Financial Management:

    Manage all financial responsibilities with integrity, accurately completing daily and weekly paperwork, and performing labor scheduling, food ordering, and product projections.

    Sales Building:

    Properly implement shakerboarding, local store marketing events, and in-store promotions to increase sales.

    Qualifications for External Candidates

    We are seeking a hands-on manager who meets the following requirements:

    Experience:

    A minimum of two (2) years of management experience, achieving at least an Assistant Manager / Co-Manager position in a quick service restaurant, or one (1) year in a management position in a full service restaurant.

    Skills:

    Possess strong management, team building, and communication skills.

    Business Acumen:

    Have a working knowledge of local store marketing, sales building, a proven track record of controlling costs, and the ability to read and analyze profit and loss statements.

    Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent and possession of basic math skills.

    Schedule/Mobility:

    Be dependable, hard-working, and able to work a varied, minimum 40-hour workweek under pressure. Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance to complete daily banking and other responsibilities.

    Physical Requirements

    The position requires a hands-on style of management and physical work, including:

    The ability to lift and move 55 pounds.

    The ability to reach and move items from as high as 6 feet and as low as 6 inches off the ground.

    The ability to stand for long periods of time.

    The ability to safely control and utilize kitchen equipment (sheeter machine, VCM, knives, etc.).
