Job description

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Litigation Paralegal with strong cite checking and blue booking experience to support a dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in collaborative and motivated environment. This is a terrific opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of paralegal experience looking to grow with a sharp and talented team.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Assist attorneys with legal research and case document management
  • Draft and review legal documents
  • Maintain all case production logs, deposition calendars, exhibits, etc.

Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal certificate
  • 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Trial and/or arbitration experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, communication, and organizational skills
  • Cite Checking, Bluebook, and California Style Manual experience preferred
Compensation:
  • $72,000 - $90,500 annually
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
