Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients. Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services.

Arcetyp LLC is looking for an Onsite Witness Coordinator (Legal / Litigation Support) in Louisville KY to support a US Federal Government client. All work under this contract shall be performed at the Government site. This work is full time onsite at the U.S. Department of Justice, United States Attorney's Office, Western District of Kentucky located at 717 West Broadway, Louisville, KY 40202.
The Witness Specialist will support witness management before, during, and after trial, including witness communications, travel/lodging coordination, courtroom orientation, reimbursement/voucher support, file/database maintenance, scheduling, and coordination with DOJ offices, courts, probation, pretrial, U.S. Marshals, and investigative agencies.
The work is for courtroom and litigation-support witness coordination services for the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Western District of Kentucky. The work is administrative, legal-support, logistics, and witness-facing in nature, rather than attorney services. The contractor-provided specialist will interact directly with fact witnesses and support their ability to appear for court, pre-trial conferences, and grand jury proceedings.
The position requires coordination with other US Attorney's offices and external justice-system partners, including the court, probation, pretrial, U.S. Marshals Service, and investigative agencies. Core activities include notifying witnesses of appearance dates/times, identifying special witness circumstances, arranging travel and lodging, collecting required documentation, preparing reimbursement vouchers, maintaining files/databases/calendars, and tracking hearings, trials, grand jury matters, and scheduling conferences.
The role requires U.S. citizenship, at least one year of legal experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication, and organizational skills.
Min. Citizenship Status Required: U.S Citizenship and must be meet suitability screening for working in a federal law enforcement/legal environment (DOJ/USAO, etc.), must pass a background check.
