What is a litigation paralegal assistant?

A Litigation Paralegal Assistant is a legal professional who supports attorneys and paralegals in preparing for lawsuits and court cases. They assist with managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting documents, organizing evidence, and coordinating schedules. Their role is essential in ensuring that legal teams are well-prepared for hearings, trials, and other litigation-related proceedings.
