Requirements
Responsibilities
  • Manage a personal injury caseload throughout the litigation process.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, attorneys, opposing counsel, courts, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
  • Prepare, finalize, supplement and track interrogatories, requests for production, disclosures and other discovery responses.
  • Obtain, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and other case-related documents.
  • Track court deadlines and ensure timely filings and completion of litigation tasks.
  • Prepare court filings, scheduling orders, pretrial memos, trial management conference memos, arbitration notebooks, and trial notebooks.
  • Support settlement efforts by coordinating liens, settlement documentation, and other case resolution activities.
