  • Run searches, build review workflows, and assist with document review and quality control
  • Prepare and produce documents in accordance with court orders and ESI protocols
  • Draft and respond to discovery requests, subpoenas, and litigation hold notices
  • Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and chronologies

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, with hands-on eDiscovery responsibility
  • Strong working knowledge of the EDRM framework and modern eDiscovery best practices
  • Proficiency with eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, Logikcull, DISCO, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of Federal and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, especially as they relate to ESI

  • Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred

Why This Opportunity

  • Boutique firm, excellent reputation — sophisticated work, direct partner access, no big-firm bureaucracy
  • Hybrid schedule — a truly flexible setup that respects your time and how you do your best work
  • Downtown Miami location — easy commute, walkable lunches, Metromover access
  • Great culture — collaborative, supportive, and built on mutual respect
  • Top-of-market compensation and full benefits package
  • 401(k), generous PTO, and continuing education support
