Premier NY Law Firm is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join its team!

Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation case management
  • Prepare, organize, and manage legal documents and correspondence
  • Coordinate discovery, depositions, and court filings
  • Maintain case files and track deadlines
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information
  • Support with estate litigation and real estate matters when applicable

Required Qualifications

  • Prior litigation experience - open to any area of law
  • Ability to work fully in office, five days a week
  • Possession of a reliable car for commuting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in estate litigation a plus
  • Experience in real estate law a plus
  • Paralegal experience
  • Experience in a law firm setting or a similar professional environment
