We are in search of an experienced and exceptionally skilled Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate should possess a demonstrated track record of success in managing intricate personal injury cases, showcasing outstanding legal expertise, and offering strategic counsel to clients.
In the role of Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney, you will assume a crucial position in spearheading cases, mentoring and overseeing case managers, and making significant contributions to our firm's overall prosperity and expansion. You must possess at least 5 years of plaintiff personal injury experience as an attorney in order to be considered!
You will have the opportunity to choose between working at the Decatur or Jonesboro location.

  • Ability to work with Litigation Attorneys to best serve the client's needs and grow the client base.
  • Must possess at least 5 years of plaintiff personal injury experience as an attorney.
  • Possesses exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Supervisory experience is required.
     
Responsibilities
 
  • Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legal conflicts and determine the best course of action
  • Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys
  • Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts to be used proceedings and contract negotiations
  • Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals and support staff
  • Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently
  • Supervise pre-litigation case managers and ensure that they are successfully advancing the firm’s cases.
  • Conduct a thorough examination of demand letters to verify the inclusion of all relevant details and ensure that the requested compensation is commensurate with the case.
  • Utilize highly effective negotiating skills to recover the maximum compensation possible for each pre-litigation case.
