Responsibilities
• Manage and assist with all phases of case development, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Analysis of documents
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client communication

Qualifications
• Minimum 2-5 years civil litigation experience - products liability and personal injury is a plus
