Direct Counsel is seeking a Litigation Associate to join a top Am Law 50 firm in its Boston office. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, white-collar matters, and internal investigations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case Strategy & Management – Handle all phases of complex litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Legal Research & Writing – Draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda for high-stakes litigation.
