Litigation Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join a dynamic and collaborative litigation practice. This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of litigation matters across multiple industries, with the ability to work closely with experienced attorneys and clients on sophisticated legal issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal analysis and strategic counsel to clients on litigation and risk management matters
• Manage litigation matters through all stages, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and resolution
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
• Interview clients, witnesses, and experts
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, position statements, stipulations, and other litigation documents
• Take and defend depositions
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings
• Prepare and respond to written discovery
• Analyze legal risks and develop proactive solutions for clients
• Advise clients on policies, procedures, and operational practices to mitigate future litigation exposure
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff on complex litigation matters
• Participate in professional development, legal education, business development, and networking activities

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing
• 3-6 years of general litigation experience
• Trial experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and procedures
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
