Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in personal injury law to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and must be bilingual in Spanish and English. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple cases, assist attorneys with all stages of litigation, and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Handle all aspects of case preparation, including drafting and filing legal documents, pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, providing regular updates on case status and addressing client inquiries.
  • Discovery: Assist in the discovery process by organizing and reviewing medical records, police reports, and other relevant case documentation.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare legal documents such as correspondence, legal memoranda, and pleadings for attorney review.
  • Litigation Support: Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials by organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and handling trial logistics.
  • Calendaring: Manage the attorney’s calendar, schedule depositions, court dates, and other important deadlines.
