Proficiency with legal management software, e-filing systems, and document management tools is essential. Excellent communication, discretion, and the ability to multitask under pressure are standout soft skills in this role. These skills ensure that legal teams are well-prepared, deadlines are met, and casework is managed efficiently throughout complex litigation processes.
