We're seeking a dedicated Urologist interested in a mix of general and specialized care. This opportunity offers significant income potential, visa sponsorship, and a collegial environment.

Key Details: Location: Community hospital in a rural setting near Birmingham, AL - enjoy both small-town charm and big-city amenities. Practice Type: General Urology, subspecialties welcome. Team: Collaborate with 2 experienced Urologists in a high-demand setting.

Partnership & Ownership: Opportunity for partnership; shared ownership of lithotripsy machine and building. Technology: Access to DaVinci Si & Xi robotics (use is optional). Schedule: Full-time, combining clinic and surgical/procedures.

Call Duty: 1:3 rotation (about 10 days per month). EMR: Paragon (AllScripts). Compensation & Benefits: Income Guarantee: $650,000+ (base-neg.) for 2 years, plus production bonuses
