To thrive as a Litho Technician, you need a solid understanding of lithographic printing processes, color theory, and attention to detail, often supported by technical training or an associate degree in printing technology. Familiarity with press operation, prepress software (like Adobe Creative Suite), and quality control tools is typically required.
