Job description

A Brief Overview
Supports and leads efforts that strengthen the performance of Regional One Health leaders and teammates to consistently achieve desired organizational outcomes and advance organizational priorities and strategies. Builds data for improved outcomes measurement, and change management to drive alignment of learning strategies and processes system-wide.
What you will do
  • Designs and implements effective training programs using a variety of delivery methods (instructor-led, eLearning, virtual, etc.)
  • Supports the team with organizing meetings, managing calendars and preparation of meetings as assigned. Schedules and hosts monthly individual contributor workshops. May assist during these sessions with oversight management oversight.
  • Schedules meetings for leadership development cohorts, and general sessions including reserving the space, managing sign up genius, making necessary copies, IT support, and catering when necessary. * Maintains a list of all participants by respective cohorts, sessions and meetings and identify those not in attendance to address with management.
  • Processes session evaluation results and sort comments. Makes recommendations for improvement based on feedback.
  • Assists with PremierTV scheduling of participants and interviews. Prepares monthly data to be displayed on the channel.
  • Maintains and manages the list of new leaders and those recently promoted to ensure Organizational Development meeting.
  • Partners with a variety of internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement appropriate organization and talent solutions to develop employees, create an engaged learning culture, and build organizational strength.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements. Builds strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Prepares invoices for payment and tracks all invoices.
  • Assists with Performance Management process.
  • Assists with the creation of materials such as fact sheets, job aids, instructional guides, web content, briefings, and presentations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field Required
  • PHR or SHRM-CP Preferred or
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRCI Preferred
  • CPLP - Certified Professional in Learning and Performance Preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a related field Required
  • Training and development experience Preferred
