Job Description

At U.S. Bank, Product Managers are customer-focused leaders who drive product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver meaningful client and business outcomes.

As a Treasury Product Manager within Treasury & Payment Solutions, you will lead and evolve a portfolio of liquidity and account management solutions, including Liquidity Manager, Zero Balance Accounts (ZBAs), and Focal Point Plus. This role is responsible for optimizing existing capabilities, enhancing client experience, and supporting growth across key treasury products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of treasury products, including Cash forecasting and Zero Balance Accounts

  • Partner with Sales, Relationship Managers, and clients to understand needs and identify enhancement opportunities

  • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned to business goals

  • Drive product lifecycle management from enhancements and releases through ongoing optimization

  • Support go-to-market strategies, including positioning, training, and sales enablement

  • Partner with technology, operations, and risk teams to deliver product enhancements and maintain strong controls

  • Monitor product performance & financials, client adoption, and client feedback to inform improvements

  • Lead issue resolution and coordinate with internal and external partners (including vendors where applicable)

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve client and internal user experience

  • Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in financial services or treasury products

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with treasury products, including liquidity and account structures (e.g., ZBAs)

  • Familiarity with liquidity management solutions or treasury platforms

  • Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills across sales, product, and technology teams

  • Ability to translate client needs into clear product priorities and solutions

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Experience supporting product enhancements, releases, client implementations and commercialization with customers

  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working and product development lifecycle

  • Understanding of risk and controls in a financial services environment

  • Strong problem-solving and execution-oriented mindset

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
