The Senior Treasury Analyst owns the analytical, forecasting, and lender-reporting work that supports RideNow's capital structure, including an active senior debt refinancing and an anticipated lender facility. This is a modeling and reporting-forward role with meaningful executive exposure, structured to grow into broader Treasury leadership over time.
Key Responsibilities
Cash Flow Forecasting & Liquidity Analysis
  • Own the rolling 13-week direct cash flow forecast across all entities.
  • Refresh weekly variances, analyze drivers, and communicate liquidity risks and opportunities to the Treasury Manager and CFO.
  • Maintain the FY26 / FY27 rolling cash forecast workbook and dashboards.
  • Support 3-statement projections where they intersect with debt capacity, liquidity, and lender reporting.

Debt Compliance & Lender Reporting
  • Prepare the weekly lender certificate: pull AR aging and inventory data, apply eligibility rules and advance rates, calculate availability, and deliver to the lender on schedule.
  • Maintain the covenant compliance workbook, leverage, fixed charge coverage, minimum liquidity, minimum EBITDA, with support schedules and traceable back-up.
  • Own the compliance calendar: reporting deliverables, covenant certificates, notice obligations, and lender-required financial reporting.
  • Model covenant headroom and liquidity under multiple scenarios; refresh projections as actuals come in.

Refinancing & Capital Structure Support
  • Support the senior debt refinancing and the anticipated facilities: data room population, lender diligence responses, Q&A coordination, and pre-close reporting build-out.
  • Partner with the Treasury Director. FP&A and CFO/CEO on lender presentations, term sheet analysis, and capital structure decisions.
  • Build and maintain the lender exposure schedule and debt service forecast.

Reporting, Modeling & Ad-Hoc Analysis
  • Deliver recurring treasury reports for leadership, weekly cash trend, used unit flooring status, floor plan interest tracker, and lender exposure summaries.
  • Build and refresh dashboards in Excel, Power Query, and web-based tools tied to bank and ERP data.
  • Produce ad-hoc analyses for the CFO on working capital, debt service, merchant economics, surcharge programs, and capital structure decisions.

Cash Management & Bank Operations
  • Execute daily cash positioning across all RideNow and RumbleOn entities; identify funding needs and excess cash.
  • Support bank reconciliation activity as additional store locations centralize.

Floor Plan & Payment Workflow Support
  • Support monthly floor plan statement reconciliation, interest processing, and unit transfer coordination across all lenders (Polaris Acceptance, Huntington Distribution Finance, Wells Fargo CDF, and others).
  • Support major unit payoffs and Cash Offer program purchase accounting - lienholder verification, funding confirmation, and reconciliation to the DMS / ERP.
  • Partner with AP and Retail Accounting on exception resolution.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Accounting.
  • Strong analytical and modeling capability, 3-statement modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel: pivot tables, XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, and comfort with large datasets.
  • Experience pulling data from ERP or reporting systems and producing recurring reports.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable preparing materials for CFO-level and lender audiences.
  • Detail-driven, self-directed, and comfortable in a lean team where ownership is expected.

Preferred Qualifications
