High level Tech Support Rep (Linux Experience needed) - Hybrid in Scottsdale

1 day wfh & 4 days in-office in Scottsdale, AZ

$26-27 hour

Necessary Experience/Skills:

• Comfortable working with Chat, Email, & Phone
• Salesforce, CRM, MS Dynamics
• Strong Job tenure, no job hopping - must be in last 3 roles for 15 months or more at least
• Bachelors is preferred
• Fluent with technology and troubleshooting exp.
• Tech Support (must have)
• Linux Experience (must have)
• AI tools

Description / What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to various products and software

- Build and maintain subject matter expertise of all company products and solutions

- Assist customers through multiple communication channels

- Report bugs and trends to stakeholders for process improvement

- Provide first-class technical support to customers

• Utilize AI tools to solve customer technical issues

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
