PAY RATE: $78.00/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Performs system requirements development, decomposition, and allocation.

  • Conducts system logical and functional decomposition or analysis.

  • Develops system architecture, design, and synthesis.

  • Performs system verification and validation of requirements.

  • Supports FAA and Military Certification processes.

  • Leads system analysis and project engineering including Technical Performance Measures, Risk, Issue, and Opportunity Management.

  • Utilizes Model Based Systems Engineering tools including MSOSA, CAMEO, Rhapsody, DOORS, 3DX, and TeamCenter.

  • Develops and delivers SEIT products such as architecture models, requirements databases, specifications, and reports.

  • Applies domain knowledge of MIL Radio, Mil Nav, Mission System, Networking, Cabin Systems, IFE, Classified Processing, 787 Common Core Avionics, 777-300 AIMS, 737-MAX avionics, LAIRCM, RWR, CMDS, Airworthiness, and avionics interfaces.

  • Works with avionics interface standards including ARINC 429 and MIL-STD 1553.

Requirements:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance Required to Start.

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.

  • 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.

  • Experience in System Architecture Development and Modeling tools (CAMEO, MSOSA, Rhapsody).

  • Experience in Requirements Management using IBM DOORs.

  • Experience in verification and validation of requirements.

  • Preferred: Experience in ICD development, logical architecture, requirements development, specification development, and SSOW development.

  • Preferred: Experience in risk, issue, and opportunity management, and executing system design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).

  • Preferred: Experience in systems integration and test (lab, ground, flight) and Airworthiness / Certification (FAA, EASA, Military).
