Job Summary:
Bamboo Solutions is seeking a highly qualified Senior SIGINT System Engineer with an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance to work on their project at Robins Air Force Base, GA. The role involves product sustainment, product development, lab support, and engineering services in support of various business lines, requiring effective communication and strong technical skills.
Responsibilities:
• The selected candidate will be expected to perform at a Senior/SME level with minimal to no assistance from junior level organic staff.
• Manage DCGS SIGINT applications and systems.
• Conduct administration and maintenance of Windows, Windows Server, and Red Hat.
• Utilize automation tools to include Puppet Enterprise, Ansible, PowerShell, Python, Bash, and scripting.
• Utilize Atlassian tool suites to include Jira, BitBucket, Nexus, and Jenkins.
• Utilize virtualization technologies Amazon Web Service or Microsoft Azure.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance
• US Citizenship required per contract
• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer/Electrical Engineering
• Security+CE Certification
• Minimum 6 years’ experience with Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) applications and systems.
• Experience installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, SIGINT application software, system management tools, and troubleshooting Linux based environments.
• Experience monitoring and testing application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
• Experience providing 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Experience with automation software including Puppet Enterprise, Ansible, PowerShell, Python, Bash, and scripting.
• Experience with Atlassian tool suite including Jira, BitBucket, Nexus, and Jenkins.
• Experience with virtualization technologies to include VMWare.
• Experience with cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.
Preferred:
• 5+ Years’ experience working on DoD programs is highly desired
• Interest in new technologies and the ability to adopt to those new technologies.
