We are helping our client find reliable Support Specialists to join its team to ensure the smooth operation and readiness of a cutting-edge vehicle fleet.

In this role, you’ll support vehicle dispatch, fleet maintenance, and on-road safety, working closely with engineers and operators to keep daily operations running seamlessly.

The ideal candidate is a responsible, detail-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on technical work, thrives in dynamic environments, and communicates clearly with both operators and engineers.

Available Shifts (6-day work week):

  • First shift: Monday-Saturday, 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Second shift: Tuesday-Sunday, 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

As a Support Specialist, you'll:

  • Manage vehicle dispatch and return, ensuring each vehicle is ready for operation.
  • Perform vehicle startup and shutdown procedures.
  • Provide rapid online and on-site support to safety operators.
  • Oversee fleet charging to maintain uninterrupted availability.
  • Track and confirm timely log uploads.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine in-house service tasks.
  • Complete minor technical and repair work to keep the fleet operational.
  • Serve as first responder for incidents and on-road support needs.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years
  • Experience driving various vehicle types and confident road-navigation skills
  • Proficiency with computers and standard software
  • Excellent communication skills for working with engineers and operators
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on different road types
  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail
