This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift Details: Full-Time | Sunday - Thursday 1:00pm - 8:30pm ,

Pay starting at $24.38 with potential for up to $36.24 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers routine, clearly defined tasks to support the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise IT platforms and systems.
  • Applies standard practices to resolve routine system alerts and follows documented troubleshooting steps to maintain operational stability.
  • Communicates primarily within the immediate IT Operations team, sharing progress, questions, and basic observations regarding server or platform health.
  • Works within established IT governance procedures to assist with basic system lifecycle tasks, receiving regular direction and review from more senior systems administrators.
  • Identifies straightforward improvements within daily system maintenance tasks and escalates infrastructure issues that fall outside standard procedures or are not clearly defined.
  • Escalates unclear deployment requirements or security risks early and seeks confirmation before proceeding in ambiguous situations.
  • Makes narrow to moderate decisions regarding routine system patching or log analysis, typically guided by prior examples and periodically reviewed.

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:

  • Less than 2 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, helpdesk, or a related technical support field required.

  • Ranges from beginning to moderate expertise in the primary domain of systems administration (e.g., Windows/Linux server basics, virtualization concepts).ed.
