on the Linux Projects document, the Puppet and Linux engineers are primarily to
assist with implementation and post-implementation support. Based on Andrew's
estimates, support for each environment is a full week of effort after
implementation. The role will assist with streamlining the Puppet workflow and
provide backup for Andrew.
