Job Summary:
MDAEdge is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Azure IaaS & Microsoft 365 Architect to lead and manage enterprise-level cloud solutions for a large-scale IT environment. This role requires deep expertise in Azure infrastructure services, Microsoft 365 administration, and cloud security compliance, with a firm commitment to working 100% on-site at the Fort Lauderdale, FL location.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary architect and subject matter expert (SME) for Microsoft Azure IaaS services including networking, virtual machines, firewalls, app services, and cloud security.
• Lead design, implementation, and governance of Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online).
• Administer M365 tenant-level settings, ensuring compliance with company-wide security and governance policies.
• Troubleshoot and monitor cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability issues.
• Manage Teams lifecycle, including Entra ID, MFA, SAML integrations, and identity protection protocols.
• Provide documentation, user training, and technical guidance across Azure and M365 environments.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement compliance protocols, including data retention, DLP, and access control.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must be available to work 100% on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong administration skills with Exchange Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Azure Active Directory (AD).
• Hands-on experience with Teams lifecycle management, collaboration tools, and integrations.
