About the Role
Join a high-impact team as an IAA Production Support & Infrastructure Specialist, responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and operational excellence of a business-critical investment accounting and reporting platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive incident resolution, and support AWS cloud and server environments, while contributing to process improvements and platform expansion.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support AWS environments (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPCs, Bastion hosts, Certificate Manager) across Dev, UAT, and Production.
- Maintain and patch Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows server components, ensuring environment readiness and vulnerability remediation.
- Provide hands-on production support for the IAA web reporting interface, backend integrations, and related platforms (SAP S/4HANA, PostgreSQL, S3, ETL pipelines).
- Monitor system health using AWS CloudWatch, ServiceNow, GitLab, and Azure DevOps, responding rapidly to incidents and coordinating cross-team resolution.
- Manage user onboarding, access provisioning (Okta, MFA), and InfoSec coordination for compliance and security.
- Respond to vulnerability alerts, execute remediation, and document actions in line with audit and compliance requirements.
- Support certificate lifecycle management and automation using AWS Certificate Manager and Venafi.
- Document operational procedures, runbooks, and support materials; drive improvements in process automation and risk reduction.
- Collaborate with development, accounting, InfoSec, and service desk teams to ensure robust platform operations.
