Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong knowledge with the Operating systems Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
  • Experience with Networking and Software configuration Management.

  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Support.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure approved Linux versions per enterprise standards.
  • Validate workstation readiness (OS, graphics, memory, VPN).
  • Log, track, and update incidents using Jira.
