Job Description
Required:
    System Administrator/Engineer skills in Linux Red Hat, and VMWARE
    Must be able to build Redhat Linux servers (5.x and 6.x) from scratch using standard IBM processes & procedures
    Must have 5+ years experience in building Redhat Linux physical and virtual servers
    Must have over 5 years experience with migrating and/or upgrading Linux servers from one OS release to another
    Must have experience with security compliance and hardening to ensure servers comply with customer defined policies (ex. GSD331 or ISEC)
    Must have experience with patching Redhat servers to latest patch levels
    Must have fluent English speaking skills to interface with PMs and customer
    Must have excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with other teams, account team, PMs, vendors, peers and customer
    Must have experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues with Linux servers such as performance and capacity-related problems
    Must have working knowledge of HP, Cisco UCS and IBM hardware
    Must have experience with RAID configurations, setting up new hardware, and installing firmware & drivers
