Position Summary Information
Minimum Qualifications
Graduated from high school with at least 1 year of office/clerical experience.
License/Certification Required Essential Job Functions
This position will provide administrative support to the BCHS Department of Public Health including managing the department budget, purchasing, faculty travel reimbursement, daily mail functions, answering phones, directing visitors, copying/scanning/filing, event planning assistance, maintaining inventory of program materials, program communication and correspondence, scheduling, experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer office/clerical experience within a college or university setting.
Work Schedule/Hours
Exact schedule/hours is negotiable. Work hours will be between the times of 8:00 to 5:00pm (Mon-Fri) with a mix of in-office and remote working locations.
