What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator I, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality architectural products by safely operating manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to develop new skills and grow your manufacturing career.

Hours:

Days 6a - 6p 2-2-3 Schedule

Nights 6p - 6a 2-2-3 Schedule ($2.00 Shift Premium)

Pay: $19.50 / Hr.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate production machinery and equipment
  • Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments
  • Read work orders, blueprints, and production instructions
  • Use measuring tools to verify product quality and accuracy
  • Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance
  • Identify and report equipment or quality issues
  • Follow all safety procedures and support production goals
  • Cross-train in multiple work areas and equipment
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure
  • Comfortable using hand tools, including wrenches, hammers, and levels
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
