HID Global's Identification Technologies Business Area seeks an experienced and results-driven N. America Sales Manager to drive sales and growth focusing on our HID Textile Services Uniform and Linen management solutions. This role is centered on building a business with focus on winning new accounts, working both with the channel and end users directly. The role's objective is to hunt new hospitality and linen supplier customers for HID InvoTech Uniform Management and Acuity Linen Management. Further, the role will focus on identifying and building potential partnerships to drive overall revenue within hospitality and linen supplier segments. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor to the global Textile Services business development strategy working with key ecosystem integrators and partners.

As our Regional Sales Manager, East Coast, Uniform and Linen Management, you'll support HID's success by: 

  • Actively building sales pipeline of potential customers primarily with Hospitality and Linen Supplier verticals
  • Developing new opportunities in current accounts.
  • Collaborating with HID leadership, regional sales, product management, and marketing to suggest and implement opportunities for growth.
  • Accurately forecasting sales pipeline and closing business against defined quota.
  • Representing the company at trade shows and events and to partners including the preparation and execution of speaking sessions as needed.
  • Providing competitive analytics for current and future requirements to the regional sales managers and other interested parties.
  • Reviewing continually the sales results at all levels of the channels you are responsible for, putting in place action programs to make good any shortfall against forecasts, for these accounts. 
  • Providing training and business case support to regional sales teams and HID business development.
  • Managing leads, opportunities, and forecasts within Salesforce on a regular basis.
  • Performing any other duties as deemed necessary by the sales management.

 

Your Experience and Background include:

  • Minimum 5 years' sales experience in Laundry/Hospitality/Linen business segment required for this role.
  • RFID Sales experience in selling both RFID component and RFID platform products would be a plus.
  • Complex sales methodology training is preferred.
  • Experience in selling into Distributors, VARs, Integrators and direct OEMs.
  • Sales or technical sales degree, or equivalent education plus relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as a natural team spirit.
  • Strong out of the box thinking combined with a hands-on attitude, the ability to manage multiple projects successfully and prioritize well
  • Achieve a reputation for being a "trusted advisor".
  • Must possess excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must be able to work effectively as a part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM, Sales and Marketing Automation tools including Salesforce.com, Marketo, and LinkedIn Navigator.

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range does not account for geographic differentials based on the location where the position may be filled. At HID, it is uncommon for individuals to be hired at or near the top of the range. Final compensation decisions depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each case.

The base salary in the United States is $90,000 to $120,000. The OTE is up to $200,000.
