Job description

  1. Position Summary:

Laundry Support Technician processes, sanitizes, and distributes facility linens. Ensure strict adherence to infection control policies, maintaining a vital supply chain for patient safety and comfort. Transports clean and soiled linens from all areas in the hospital to the laundry department. Manually loading/unloading heavy wheeled carts and maintain compliance and sanitation standards Restocks carts. Issue pillows as needed and document usage to track inventory.

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required
  2. Able to read, write and count.
  3. Must be able to follow instructions.
  4. Ability to communicate well,

  1. Training and Experience:

  1. Must have current and valid Class C driver's license
  2. Must be 21 years of age or older
  3. Previous laundry, dry cleaning or hospital Environmental Service experience a plus
