Position Summary
The Houseperson supports the housekeeping team by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas and assisting with room readiness to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain public areas (lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms)

  • Assist housekeeping with linen delivery, trash removal, and supply restocking

  • Respond promptly to guest requests and service needs

  • Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house and storage areas

  • Report maintenance or safety issues to management

  • Follow Home2 Suites brand standards and safety procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention to cleanliness and detail

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
