Job Summary

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and assigned areas, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction, following the guidelines of Hilton and IHG.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards

• Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities

• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas

• Report maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly

• Follow safety, sanitation, and hotel procedures

• Respect guest privacy and handle guest requests professionally

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Good attention to detail and time management

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs

• Ability to work on feet for extended periods

• Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts
