NOVO Health keenly focuses on safety and infection control and provides its partner hospitals with a value-driven linen management control system that measures and monitors linen utilization by department to eliminate excess internal costs. NOVO's wide range of service programs offer a variety of options to provide a seamless, single source distribution system. NOVO's regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state-of-the-art processing equipment and processes.

The primary purpose of this role is to identify, develop, and close new healthcare linen and scrub rental business across hospitals, clinics, and non-acute healthcare settings. This is a true hunter role, focused on new client acquisition while also expanding relationships within assigned accounts.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, is comfortable opening doors in competitive markets, and understands how to position service-based solutions to senior healthcare decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new healthcare linen and scrub rental opportunities within the assigned market.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, discovery, presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and close.

  • Serve as the primary driver in qualifying and advancing high-potential opportunities.

Client & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both executive-level and end-user stakeholders.

  • Develop a holistic account strategy to grow revenue across both new and existing customers.

  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and aligning Novo solutions to operational and clinical priorities.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the VP of Enterprise Solutions and Director of Sales to develop strategic, account-level marketing and growth plans.

  • Function as the local sales leader, facilitating high-impact meetings with key decision-makers.

  • Support corporate marketing initiatives and broader enterprise sales strategies.

Operational Discipline

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all prospect and customer activity in CRM systems.

  • Manage expenses responsibly in alignment with budgetary expectations.

  • Represent Novo professionally and consistently in all internal and external interactions.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Required / Preferred Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the local healthcare market.

  • Proven track record as a hunter, closing complex service-based contracts.

  • Strong background in consultative, solution-based selling.

  • Prior participation in a formal, structured sales training program is highly preferred.
