Weekend 1st Shift, Friday - Monday, 6:00am - 4:00pm
We believe that providing superior support and solutions for our customers drives our success, and we want to put you behind the wheel. As the Associate Analyst, Operations, you will load both carrier accounts payable and customer accounts receivable contracted rates, including linehaul, fuel and accessorial charges, into various Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Become a part of GXO, and you'll have an important role in helping us provide exceptional daily solutions for our customers.

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Resolve disputes and short pays, and monitor accounts receivable
  • Set up vendors in COUPA, create blanket purchase orders and pay bills
  • Monitor contractor paperwork and short pay issues
  • Monitor and approve contractor tire program rebills, loans and contractor rebill
  • Handle chassis fleet of 625 units, tracking and M&R
  • Handle building maintenance/repairs and paying vendors for repairs
  • Assist Terminal Director on all aspects of finance and daily issues that may occur

What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
  • High School diploma or equivalent education
  • Solid interpersonal skills with ability to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships both internally and externally

It'd be great if you also have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2 years of experience in logistics or related field
  • A high level of attention to detail
