Job description

Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced operations, enjoys driving continuous improvement, and is looking to grow your leadership career? Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team within our temperature-controlled warehouse operation.

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading daily warehouse activities, coaching and developing team members, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, and driving productivity while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.

What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve operational goals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food safety standards.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Plan daily labor and resources to support operational demands.
Monitor key performance metrics and communicate results to site leadership.
Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.
Support incident investigations and corrective actions when needed.

What We're Looking For
Leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics operations.
Strong organizational skills with a commitment to following established processes and procedures.
Experience leading change, implementing improvements, or driving operational efficiencies.
College experience preferred, or equivalent leadership experience.
Desire to grow into larger leadership opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization.
Comfortable working in a cold storage/freezer environment.
