lnterpac Technologies, Inc. offers food packing and co-manufacturing company solutions, blending, distribution services and warehousing for wet and dry goods. The Line Worker is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in a factory or warehouse and preparing items for distribution. This position is responsible for assisting the shipping of items, making sure equipment runs smoothly, and assembly. The position cleans and operates equipment, works on assembly line, puts together and inspects products, and adheres to all factory safety guidelines and standards.

The responsibilities of the successful applicant will include:

  • Able to work for prolonged periods of time in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment.
  • Monitor equipment to ensure product is being assembled properly.
  • Report issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor.
  • Follow all GMP and safety procedures.
  • Able to wear required Personal Protective equipment when entering manufacturing.
  • Able to lift 10 lbs.
  • Ensure production deadlines are met.
  • Pack up completed products and prepares them for shipment.
  • Work in a fast paced environment.
  • Understand and use Quality Control Process.

The minimum qualifications for education and experience can be met in the following way:

  • Possess high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Pass basic math and color test.
  • Able to follow directions.
  • Must be able to maintain good attendance.
  • Be willing to work overtime as needed.
