MOLD LINE OPERATOR-ย  NIGHTS - SUNDAY THRU WEDNESDAY 8:45PM - 7:00AMย 

Job Functions:ย 

  • Ensures safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipmentย 

  • Follows the Quality Management System (QMS)ย 

  • Stocks lines/machines with needed materialsย 

  • Transports, weighs, and mixesย appropriate ingredientsย 

  • Load/ unload machinesย 

  • Performs periodic checks on outputย 

  • Creates samples and performs quality control checksย 

  • Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issuesย 

  • Maintainsย accurateย documentation/ records relative to safety, quality, and productivity for assigned areaย 

  • Follows standard operating procedures, safe operating practices, 5S, standard work and other lean manufacturing principlesย 

  • Keeps area safe,ย cleanย and organizedย 

  • Supports a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well asย assistingย in the development of other team membersย 

  • Must be willing to cross department lines and help the team where neededย 

  • Performs other related duties asย requiredย
