What You'll Do

As a Lead Line Cook, you'll be an essential part of our culinary team, working alongside our Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional food every service.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Set up and stock your station with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Prepare ingredients including vegetables, proteins, sauces, and other mise en place.
  • Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and speed.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every dish is served at the highest quality.
  • Follow recipes, specifications, and chef direction without compromise.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation.
  • Properly rotate and stock inventory throughout each shift.
  • Ensure every plate is served accurately and on time.
  • Follow all sanitation, safety, and food handling standards.
  • Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality every day.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of previous experience as a Line Cook or Restaurant Cook in a HIGH-VOLUME kitchen
  • Extensive Italian cuisine experience needed
  • Excellent understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
  • Passion for food and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Ability to follow recipes, standards, and chef direction.
  • Culinary school education is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
