Role Overview
As a Multiline Representative, you will work with both prospective and existing customers to identify needs, recommend solutions, and drive new business. This role combines relationship-building with a strong focus on sales production and account growth.

Responsibilities
Communicate with customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
Build relationships with new and existing customers to support retention and growth
Follow up on leads and customer interactions to convert opportunities into sales
Assist with policy changes, updates, and general service needs while maintaining a sales focus
Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to generate new business opportunities
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and office production goals
Qualifications
